Fun Halloween Music

• Still in need of a parent(s) or high school student volunteers for a sound system or DJ/music services

Best decorated car wins a Pizza Party! The teacher decides the date for their classroom.

• Additional class prizes for 2nd and 3rd place winners!
• Please stop by the events table for voting tickets!
• Meet and greet with special surprise guests.
• Costumes are highly encouraged at the event! 
  • Costume parade for those who would like to participate! Parade route through Trunk or Treat lots.
  • Meet up will take place at the Kindergarten parking lot at 5:30 pm

      

Food Truck Vendors

• Chintos Tacos
• Big Woods Comfort Kitchen 4-5 pm: Trunk volunteers arrive & set up at their assigned slots

Timeline of Events

• 4pm: Trunk setup
• 5 pm: Event starts! Purchase food and drinks.
• 5:30 pm: parade participants meet at the Kindergarten parking lot
• 5:45-6 pm: costume parade through Trunk or Treat lots
• 5:30-6:30 pm: meet & greet and photos with special surprise guests!!
• 6-7 pm: Trunk or Treating!
• 7-8 pm: clean up

24 participating cars/trunks representing each classroom at Quarry Trail + 10 additional slots

• Parents or teachers can volunteer and decorate their trunks for the event          
  • Sign up for your classroom here.
• Classroom parents are encouraged to collect donations for prizes and candy to pass out.
